I don’t know of any shops that specialize in early Toyotas, but you might go over to 3tcgarage and search a little there. The most important thing is to learn where to find the parts you need, and when you go in for bodywork, find someone who is good with old and obscure cars – someone who knows how to repair rather than just replace damaged parts.
