20V Header Modification to fit 16V 4AGE

We modify your OEM Toyota 20V header by replacing the flange with an SV3Power 16V/20V header flange (EX741S) and extending the tubes 1.25" to accommodate a starter motor on the exhaust side of the engine. That allows the header to fit 16V and 20V engines and clear a front-mounted starter.

Due to the difficulty of finding cores, this is currently available only as a modification on your 20V header. Buyers must send their header to SV3Power for modification after placing the order.

Modified 20V header features include:
- Built around your stock 20V Silvertop or Blacktop header
- Heavy 14-gauge extension tubes match ID and OD of original header tubing
- Laser-cut 3/8" thick steel flange fits any 16V or 20V 4AGE cylinder head
- No oxygen sensor fitting; must locate oxygen sensor in downpipe
- Optional top-mount EGR bung (not compatible with side-mount EGR pipe)
- Fits 1985-1989 MR2 when used with extended SV3Power 20V-to-AW11 Adapter Downpipe
- 4AGZE owners: header flange must be trimmed to clear alternator bracket.
- Stock and mild Naturally Aspirated 16V and Silvertop 20V should use Silvertop header
- Modified NA, Supercharged, and Blacktop 20V should use Blacktop header

NOTE: This is a modification service only. The modified header is designed to be used with an extended version SV3Power 20V-to-AW11 adapter downpipe. It will not fit the stock MR2 downpipe.

- New M10-1.25 studs and EX9N0S nuts for outlet
